Dr. Liza Bathori provides diagnostic assessment services focusing on children, using the latest scientific instruments combined with up to date training.
She has the skill and experience to work with a wide range of conditions and is specialized in the evaluations of children with autism.

Background
Dr. Liza Bathori graduated from the California School of Professional Psychology, San Diego. She interned at Children’s Hospital in San Diego where she focused on clinical issues related to trauma, anxiety, and depression. She provided individual play therapy for children (age 3-18) as well as family and couples therapy.

Dr. Bathori next interned at South Shore Mental Health in the greater Boston area. There she began working with developmentally delayed and autistic adults and children conducting individual and family therapy as well as providing behavioral support plans and family consultations. In 2003, she did her Post Doctoral Fellowship at Kaiser Permanente in the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Department in the Bay Area.
In 2004, she started working as a clinician in the Autism Spectrum Disorder Center at Kaiser. Dr. Bathori was involved in autism research projects in the community and was research reliable on the state of the art measures for autism.

In 2008 Dr. Bathori moved to the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Department at Kaiser and split her time providing therapy and support to families with children with special needs and conducting assessments for Regional Centers. In 2010 Dr. Bathori moved to private practice full-time continuing her work in diagnostic assessments for children and adults with developmental delays and autism.
